Workshop Description: Navigating the daily expectations in your life can be overwhelming. Every effort is made to keep the plates spinning without having one drop: family, friends, co-workers, post-secondary schooling, career, raising children, marriage, finances and faith. Where are your limits? Why are boundaries important in life and in what areas should boundaries be made? Through the topic of boundaries we take a look at a physical, sexual, emotional, spiritual, financial, time management and non-negotiable parts of your life.
